The filter drier is designed to dry washed filters from a filter cleaning system. Temperature controlled atmospheric air is passed through washed filters evaporating the residual moisture from the filters loaded in the drier. 

This system is highly efficient compared to traditional sunlight-drying of filters which typically takes 12 hours.
