These Terms of Sale apply to all quotations, orders, and sales of products supplied by Pilani Envirotech Pvt. Ltd.

Pricing and Quotations

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quotations are valid only for the period mentioned. Taxes, duties, packing, insurance, and freight are extra unless specified.

Orders and Acceptance

Orders are binding only after written confirmation by Pilani Envirotech Pvt. Ltd. Specifications once confirmed cannot be altered.

Delivery

Delivery schedules are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to logistics, force majeure, or supply chain issues shall not be the responsibility of Pilani Envirotech Pvt. Ltd.

Inspection and Claims

The buyer must inspect goods upon delivery. Any claims must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.

Payment Terms

Payment terms shall be as mentioned in the quotation or invoice. Late payments may attract interest or penalties.

Governing Law

All transactions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
